Pipefly is a registered brand of Azimuthfuture Unipessoal Lda (RNAAT 606/2018)
Pipefly provides tours and leisure experiences, with 2 different booking systems:
- Standard tours available through the different booking engines
- Customized tours available by request
Standard tours follows the booking engines rules, although all tours can not be cancel by customer within 24 hours of the tour date.
Customized tours follows specific reservation and cancellation policies, the policies is always applied unless clearly agreed between both parties:
- Booking should be done within 20 days in advance, to grant the conditions.
- Booking is done with payment of 50% of total value
- Final payment is done with remaining 50% of final payment before service execution.
- Cancellation before 5 working days to date of service have 50% penalization of final value.
- Cancellation between 5 working days to date of service and service date have 100% penalization of final value.
Unless clearly stated in the tour description, Pipefly prices include:
- Transportation from described meeting points
- Pipefly guide
Unless clearly stated in the tour description, Pipefly prices don’t include:
- Monument fees
- Meals
Pipefly will not be responsible for external situations with impact in the tours, e.g. bad weather, traffic jams, road cuts, temporary issues in the monuments to visit…
